The Birnam Highland Games are a traditional Scottish Highland Games held amidst stunning Perthshire scenery. The games have been held since 1864, and are now held annually on the last Saturday in August. We warmly invite you to our next family friendly gathering on Saturday the 31st August 2024. Experience for yourself the fun and culture that has kept the Games so popular for over 150 years.

Birnam Highland Games is a family friendly event. You cannot bring alcohol into the park but you can enjoy a drink in our beer tent and the designated drinking area. Let’s make the games a fun day for all.

Please note – Birnam Highland Games is a public event and photograph and video recordings take place. Our athletes and dancers are aware of this and expect to have their achievements recorded for posterity. Pictures will appear in local newspapers and will be used in our publicity. Please be aware of this when you enter the park. Birnam Highland Games does not accept responsibility for images, videos and any other media recorded during the games.
